Anyone recommend a foundation repair company? We just discovered the previous homeowners had drywalled over a large crack in the basement - there's also some bowing, so I don't know what all is going to be involved in fixing it.

I am looking for a good, reasonably priced house cleaning service in the Northland (or that would service the Northland).

Anyone have any recommended professional carpet cleaners? My carpet has some pet urine issues (from when the pets were newly introduced and very nervous and picky about their new house) that are too much for the Hoover SteamVac to handle. I just hate picking companies blindly out of the phone book.
